أولا قواعد الشراء من خلال الموقع:
- القطع المعروضة يتم بيعها إلكترونيا فقط على الموقع الإلكتروني لشركة لوجراج www.legarage-auctions.com إما عن طريق المزاد أو بسعر ثابت.
- يحق للجميع المشاركة في أي مزاد أو الشراء مباشرة للقطع المعروضة بالمزايدة أو بالسعر الثابت على الموقع مع التزام الجدية في المزايدة والشراء.
- جميع التوقيتات المعمول بها هي توقيت جمهورية مصر العربية و جميع العطاءات والأسعار تكون بالجنيه المصري.
- يتحدد لكل بند وقت للبداية و النهاية و يكون مسجلا ضمن بيانات القطعة سواء معروضة في مزاد أو للبيع المباشر بسعر ثابت.
- يتم تحديد بداية أول عطاء لكل بند معروض في المزاد و يكون مسجلا ضمن بيانات المزاد.
- القطع المعروضة بسعر ثابت تكون الأولوية في بيعها للعميل الذي يضغط على طلب الشراء أولا.
- عندما يأتي وقت إغلاق المزاد يتم البيع لصاحب أعلى عطاء إلا في حال مزايدة أحد العملاء قبل موعد الإغلاق بـ 90 ثانية (دقيقة و نصف) فيتم مد وقت المزاد لدقيقة ونصف أخرى كمهلة للمزايدين الآخرين لكتابة عطاءاتهم, و يستمر المزاد مفتوحا عن طريق زيادة وقته لدقيقة ونصف مع مضاربة أيا من المزايدين بعطاء جديد مقبول.
- إذا مرت الدقيقة ونصف دون وصول أي عطاءات جديدة فيغلق المزاد أوتوماتيكيا على صاحب أعلى عطاء.
- تمثل الدقيقة ونصف المذكورة في البندين السابقين "ألا أونا - ألا دو - ألا تري" التي كان معمولا بها مسبقا في صفحة الشركة بالفيس بوك و لكن تكون في الموقع أوتوماتيكية وليست عن طريق أحد موظفي الشركة ليكون الأمر أكثر شفافية.
- طريقة حساب قيمة الزيادة لكل عطاء:
- إذا كان سعر القطعة الحالي من 1 إلى 1000 جنيه فتكون قيمة الزيادة على أعلى عطاء 20 جنيه.
- إذا كان سعر القطعة الحالي من 1000 إلى 5000 جنيه فتكون قيمة الزيادة على أعلى عطاء 25 جنيه.
- إذا كان سعر القطعة الحالي من 5000 إلى 10000 جنيه فتكون قيمة الزيادة على أعلى عطاء 50 جنيه.
- إذا كان سعر القطعة الحالي من 10000 إلى 20000 جنيه فتكون قيمة الزيادة على أعلى عطاء 100 جنيه.
- إذا كان سعر القطعة الحالي أعلى من 20000 جنيه فتكون قيمة الزيادة على أعلى عطاء 200 جنيه.
- يكون مكتوبا في المزاد أقل قيمة عطاء يمكن قبوله طبقا للقيم المشار إليها في النقاط بأعلى.
- كما يحق للمزايد أيضا أن يكتب قيمة أعلى من قيمة العطاءات المذكورة و يكون في تلك الحالة كرصيد له في الموقع و لا يتم وضعها مرة واحدة في العطاءات و لكن يقوم الموقع بالمزايدة بالنيابة عن العميل طالما كان قيمة العطاء الحالي أقل من المبلغ الذي قام العميل بتسجيله و طبقا للقواعد المشار إليها في البند رقم 10.

- في حال رغبة العميل بمعاينة القطعة المعروضة على الطبيعة فيمكن معاينتها بزيارة مخازن الشركة في فيلا 127 - شارع 17 - المنطقة الثالثة - الحى الاول - التجمع الخامس في أي وقت من السبت للخميس من الساعة 10:30 صباحا و حتى 05:30 مساءا.

- يدعو لوجراج جميع العملاء المشاركين في المزاد بالتزام الجدية في المزايدة و ألا يتم المزايدة على القطع إلا بعد الإطلاع على جميع مواصفاتها أو معاينتها على الطبيعة, كما لا يسمح بالانسحاب من المزاد بعد الاشتراك فيه في أي وقت.
- على المزايد الفائز سرعة التواصل معنا في موعد أقصاه 24 ساعة من وقت إغلاق المزاد بإرسال رقم التليفون والعنوان الذي سيتم الشحن عليه.
- في حال عدم التزام العميل بالشراء فلإدارة الشركة الحق في إيقاف التعامل المستقبلي مع العميل و إلغاء مشاركته في المزادات القادمة.
- يقوم لوجراج بتوصيل القطع المباعة للمشتري إلى العنوان المطلوب على أن يتحمل المشتري مصاريف النقل داخل أو خارج جمهورية مصر العربية, و يتم حساب تكاليف الشحن من خلال الرابط التالي: https://goo.gl/OiNLVj كما يسعدنا أن نتلقى اتصالات عملائنا للرد على أي استفسارات خاصة بالشحن و تكاليفه على رقم: 00201015544747 في أي وقت من السبت للخميس من الساعة 10:30 صباحا وحتى 05:30 مساءا.
- يجب على المزايد الفائز أن يقوم بسداد ثمن القطعة كامل مضافا إليها مصاريف الشحن, و ذلك عند الاستلام أو قبله حسب رغبة العميل.
- للعملاء خارج جمهورية مصر العربية أو في المحافظات البعيدة مثل(سيناء - مرسى مطروح - البحر الأحمر - الأقصر وأسوان) يجب دفع قيمة القطع و مصاريف الشحن مسبقا قبل شحن القطع و ذلك بعمل تحويل بنكي على حساب الشركة مع إرسال صورة إيصال الإيداع.
- لا يتم تحصيل أي عمولات من المشتري ويلتزم فقط بسداد ثمن القطع مضافا إليها تكلفة الشحن.
- يلتزم لوجراج بالإفصاح عن حالة القطعة بالشرح والتصوير الكافي وأن يلتزم بالبيع لأعلى سعر يصل له المزايدين دون رجوع.
- في حال وجود مخالفة في الوصف أو التصوير عن الحالة الحقيقية للقطعة فيحق للمزايد الفائز بإرجاع القطعه واسترداد كامل المبلغ المدفوع (ثمن القطعة + مصاريف الشحن) بحد أقصى أسبوع من تاريخ الاستلام, على أن يتم إرجاعها بنفس حالتها.
- يضمن لو جراج أن يسير المزاد بحيادية تامة بين العملاء المشترين و البائعين, كما يضمن عدم دخول العميل البائع على المزاد المقام على القطع التي تخصه لرفع السعر على المزايدين.
ثانيا سياسة الاسترجاع من خلال الموقع:
- يعتبر البيع نهائيا للعميل بمجرد الشراء أو رسو المزاد عليه كصاحب أعلى عطاء.
- في حال رغبة العميل بعدم استكمال إجراءات الشراء فلإدارة الشركة الحق في إيقاف التعاملات المستقبلية مع العميل لعدم الجدية في الشراء.
- في حال رغبة العميل إرجاع القطعة لأنها لم تعجبه بعد الاستلام بالرغم من عدم مخالفة الوصف والصور للقطعة عن الحقيقة فلابد أن يبلغ العميل الشركة في موعد أقصاه 3 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام, و يتحمل حينئذ العميل مصاريف الشحن لاسترداد القطعة مع عمولة قدرها 10% من ثمن شراء القطعة المطلوب إرجاعها مع استرجاع الشركة القطعة مرة أخرى بحالتها الأصلية.
- في حال رغبة العميل إرجاع القطعة بعد الاستلام لوجود مخالفة في الوصف و الصور "مجتمعين" للقطعة عن الطبيعة فلابد أن يبلغ العميل إدارة الشركة في موعد أقصاه 3 أيام عمل من تاريخ الاستلام, و لا يتحمل العميل مصاريف شحن أخرى, و يتم إرجاع كامل ثمن القطعة و أيضا تكلفة الشحن مع استرجاع الشركة القطعة مرة أخرى بحالتها الأصلية.
- في حال استلام العميل للقطعة و بها تلفيات نتيجة الشحن فلابد أن يبلغ إدارة الشركة مع ارسال صور توضح التلف الحاصل للقطعة نتيجة الشحن و ذلك في موعد أقصاه 24 ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام, و لا يتحمل العميل مصاريف شحن أخرى, و يتم إرجاع كامل ثمن القطعة و أيضا تكلفة الشحن للعميل في خلال 7 أيام عمل من استلام بلاغ العميل.
